PUSH AFRICA INTEGRATION FOR YOUTH DEVELOPMENT INITIATIVE prides itself on to be able to come up with ideas and projects in partnership with americans to train and build capacity of the youth in order to make them employable and possibly employers of labour.
We are currently embarking on a project to train 500 hundred diploma holders and graduates in the area of photography, Video production and editing, news reporting, radio presenting, project management, front office management etc.
Our team members and Advisers are always willing to help the youth develop their employability skills by organizing events and workshops, trainings and capacity building projects and also providing specific guidance with job application process.

What exactly is JobAid’s mandate?
JOBAID’s mandate is to work on the measures and possibilities of how graduates can be trained, empowered with skills and how easily graduates can find work, remain in work and succeed in it.
For a graduate to be seen as highly employable, they must possess and be able to evidence a wide range of skills. We see employability as the ‘Golden Thread’ which runs through every working society; helping the youth acquire the skills, knowledge, understanding and personal attributes that can enable them choose and secure, satisfactory and successful occupations.
