P.A to CEO/Business Analyst - Ikeja

We are looking for a PA to our CEO who would also function as a Business Analyst to join our team. An individual/person with an unusual blend of passion, dedication, and energy. Creative and insightful problem solver with an entrepreneurial spirit that can perform complex tasks under moderate/minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:

Handling/managing the CEO's Logistics arrangement, Calendar and Schedules/appointments.
Handling the CEO's both written and verbal communications and maintaining efficient filling and record retrieval systems.
Generating business proposal and request
Presentation and analysis
Representing firm at meetings
Solving clients business problems and creating businesses
Attending to routine administrative/secretarial errands
Other duties as may be assigned by the CEO and other key staff



Qualifications and Requirements:

Minimum of a B.Sc./ B.A degree in any social sciences with a flare in Accounting.
A strong record of extracurricular activity and leadership with prior part-time business experience in jobs requiring analytic or problem-solving is helpful, and an aptitude for numbers and analysis is important.

Strong interpersonal skills are a must as the candidate must be able to work effectively at all levels of an organization
