The Field Supervisor will supervise a grassroots team responsible for delivering catalogues to potential customers. This position can provide a high level of income potential.
Job Duties:
•Train, coach, and manage team of grassroots representatives in geographic region.
•Create partnership opportunities for team members within community.
•Motivating grassroots representatives to canvass their territories.
•Report on performance as well as develop strategies for continuous lifts in enrollment activity.
•Wiling to learn about IT products.
Job Requirements:
•Highly networked within community
•Able to work with limited supervision plus to manage a remote team
•SSCE, OND, HND & B.sc.
•Highly motivated people person
•Self-Management skill *24 years & Above
•Residence of Lagos State.
