Sales / Marketing management is attainment of the organization's sales goals in an effective and efficient manner through planning, staffing, training, leading and controlling organizational resources.
The Sales Manage r will also be responsible for an efficient network towards customers and employers. In this case regular customers are in an exceptional position. The relationship to them is very important and the Sales Manager´s task. He/she has to care for the contentment and avoid a potential enticement of customers.
