Customer service officers - Ikeja

RESPONSIBILITY:
1. Deliver service and support to end-users using and operating automated call distribution phone software, via remote connection or over the Internet.
2. Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about products and services.
3.Gather customer’s information and determine the issue by evaluating and analyzing the symptoms.
4.Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues involving internet connectivity and email clients.
5. Research required information using available resources.
6. Follow standard processes and procedures.
7. Identify and escalate priority issues per Client specifications.
8. Redirect problems to appropriate resource.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Interested candidates must possess a minimum of OND, HND, BSC.Additional qualification is an added advantage with computer operation skills.If you feel you have the right skills for this position apply today.

WORKING EXPERIENCE
Less than One(1) year and above in the field or any related field of studies.
